Standard Communication method INT in XK02 is getting blank on save

Hello Gurus,

I am facing an issue where I choose 'INT' as a communication method in XK02(Address data) for a particular vendor and click save.

This value gets saved at that time.

But, after 2-3 days when I check this field, 'INT' disappears and the field becomes blank.

In the change log, it captures the timestamp from blank to INT but it does not contain any entry from INT to blank.

Please let me know as to why I am facing this issue for only some vendors.

frankly spoken: because you dont know what custom programs other people execute to remove values with hard database updates. By itself the data certainly does not vanish after a couple days.
