In shipment cost document item details are missing ..

Hello Sap gurus ,

when creating Shipment cost document (VI01), item details are not found ...looks like i have missed some data while creating shipment document ( VT01N)..at shipment document level am not able to find details in STAGE tab as shown in below..

I would really appreciate your help ...

Dear Mohit,

Have you check the item category determination and also check the assignment of Shipment cost types and item category.

If still not solved, then please share the log screen you are getting while VI01.

Hi,

Check whether your route is determined or not. Hope it is not determined. If it is d determined and still the stages are not coming then go to item level and click in leg determination and check.

As we can see the route is determine in shipment document , and if i have to check the leg determination than i need to go item level which is not triggering in shipment document...

please suggest how to get item into document..

Hi,

Step 1: Go to VT02N and uncheck all your shipping deadlines in 1st tab.

Step 2: Go to stages and click on leg determination and redetermine the leg.

Please try above steps and let me know. If still leg is not determining the check the stages in your configuration.
