Connecting punchout catalouge to a vendor

Hello,

I'm trying to setup a web catalouge to be used in ME21N by vendor.

I setup the following in IMG > Purchasing > Environment Data > Web service: ID and Description:

Setup a vendor and under call structure setup

1		Vendor's URL	0 URL
2	HOOK_URL		4 Return URL
3	~OkCode	ADDI	2 Fixed value
4	~caller	CTLG	2 Fixed value

When using the Default Indicator in order to see the catalouge button in ME21N, it always bring the same catalouge, no matter which vendor I use in the PO.

My question is - can I connect the catalouge and the vendor so that in ME21N when entering a specific vendor number, only their catalouge will be available?

We do not have SRM system and not likly that we will have one soon....

Hello Dagan,

The webservice parameters do not include the vendor to be used.

The selection of the catalog is normally done manually by the user when pressing the catalog icon.

Maybe this link, although it's not exactly the same you are asking, but hopefully it could be helpful for you,

In any case, you have to define the vendor number in SAP ECC, but not into the webservice parameters.
