Tcode: PFAL, custom employment status is not flowing to other system.

Hi

I am changing the employment status of an employee as Active to Overseas or Inactive to Overseas in ECC but in CRM system it is not flowing.

Data is updating in the case if i am sending the data with employment status Active or Inactive (which are standard employment status) but it is not working in case of employment status "overseas" it is custom.

I am using the Tcode : PFAL for transferring data from ECC to CRM. Please let me know what else i need to do to flow this data to CRM. Kindly advice ASAP.

Check the ALE logical systems (correctly mapped or not),

Can you share us the IDOC status by using WE02 /WE05 transaction codes.

please set up in table T77S0 in PCR two parameters to which will help you to analyses the issue:

HRALX PALEP   'BAL'  Log: Employees in ALE

HRALX PRTON   'X'    Logging Active
