Why the user is not fetching the ffid?

hi,

In EAM Configuration i have done the folling all steps,

1.parameter settings and specified the ffid role in the parameter 4010

2.executed the sm59 and selected the connector and created user and assigned the ffid  role.

3.done repository synchronization.

4.NWBC->Setup -> assigned ffid user to owner and later i have assigned some users which i would like to access this ffid user

5.provided reason codes.

6. finally through grc system i have logged in the user and executed the GRAC_EAM t-code but its not displaying the ffid which i have created

can anyone help me to fix the problem. i have uploaded a video in the above video i have mentioned what are all the steps i have done.

Hi,

i have assigned SAP_ALL access to the user and now its showing the ffid which i have assigned to that user.

Is that right to assign SAP_ALL access to the user then what is the need of the ffid if the user having sap_all he have the authorization to do all activity can anyone help me to get the clear solution for this problem.
