SAP PPM Item details Justification tab long texts

Hello ,

Recently we did patching and now upgraded to SAP Basis Component SAP_BASIS /740 /0010 /SAPKB74010 .

Now we are facing issue with long text fields of Justification tab in Item Overview as below.

We are not able to enter anything here.

Kindly let me know is there anything required to set it right?
