BI monitoring - error on adding process chain

Hi experts,

we want to start with BI-monitoring in our SolMan.

However, in step 6.2 I am hanging by adding the Process Chains from BW-System.

I got to button add process chain, however after clicking the read-button I get a red-error button at the header without any error message.

If I do the same for BW-Reporting it works.

Does anybody know, if there is a special requirement for process chains?

Hi,

Can you try giving * for Chain Name pattern and click Get Process Chains button ?

If you are already doing this , can you check if you are getting any authorization error in BW side?

Hi Christian,

Have you checked the below SAP note and implemented the per-requisites like authorization and SAP notes in Solution Manager and BI system ?

1558756 - Solution Manager 7.1 - BI Monitoring: Prerequisites

Further you might need to assign additional authorization to users, so check if below SAP note is applicable -

1756824 - Solution Manager BI Monitoring : Process chain authorization
