Solman Technical Monitoring - error in step Setup Monitoring

Hi all,

My solman version is 7.1 SP12. I'm currently performing Technical Monitoring. I created a few custom templates with simple metrics and in step 'Setup Monitoring', I'm getting the following errors when clicking on 'Apply and Activate':

Please advise how to correct this.

The errors I'm getting:

Could not set Collection Context ID for metric 5574918987094595E1000000AC1014DD on Managed Object 5536CE7F18852F73E1000000AC1014DD

Collection Context "SolMan Host" for Managed Object 5536CE7F18852F73E1000000AC1014DD not found.

Can you see host name of this server in LmDB ?

rRefer outside discovery guide for this error.

share some more logs once.

Hi guys,

Thanks. The KBA 1857616 indeed helped. In fact, I had already checked it earlier but since the managed syst conf. for solman was having some issue, it did not work out. But now it's fine.
