GRAC_ACTION_USAGE_SYNC Job completing and updating the data in GRC system from the connectors.
What is the retention period for this data. There is any concept of cleanup to avoid huge growth of table size.
The program has changed to allow retention, but there is also the archiving object for this data. This has existed since version 10.0 in the transaction SARA. Here are the GRC archiving related objects:
GRACACTUS Archiving for GRACACTUSAGE table records
GRACEAM Archiving for GRC AC 10.1 EAM Logs
GRFNMSMP Archiving for GRC AC 2010 Requests
GRFNPLAN Archiving for GRC Planner and Planner Monitor

Dear Venu,
the data can be deleted with the program GRAC_DELETE_ACCESS_RULES. In general action usage sync date does not get deleted, as the data gets updated with latest information (usage count and last execution date). For connectors not anylonger in use it is recommended to delete synchronisation data.
Regards,
Alessandro
