Is it possible to modify Phase and Business Scenario Properties during Runtime?

Hi,

There is a requirement wherein the business wants to be able to manage and change the values for Cycle Time,Targets, Threshold,etc for Phase/s and Business Scenario/s.

Is there any provision given in SAP OPInt to configure these values and modify accordingly whenever business needs without any development.

Hello Arun,

Business Scenario can be modified only from SAP HANA Studio. There is no provision to change configuration properties from Web Browser. We have plans to move to SAP Web IDE and then business scenario can be edited through Web Browser.

Hi Archana,

Thanks for your inputs.

But it'll not be feasible with Business users to log into Web IDE and do these changes, as this will also be a part of development.

If there is a certain tool or a place where these values can be configured and SAP OPInt workspace can refer to this accordingly.

For Instance, SAP Business Rules Management System is a configurable Business Tool which can be changed as and when Business Requires.

Hello Arun,

We do not have any such provisioning now.

For anything developed on top of SAP HANA, you need to login as user, with respective privileges to operate on the artifacts. SAP Operational Process Intelligence also works on the same concept.
