Unable to open Attached Files (QM0*) WebUI

Dear All,

While using Web GUI, we are not able to open attached files to a Quality Notification.

See screenshot bellow :

Under SAP Win :

Under Web GUI Attachment list is not available, and document flow is empty :

Do you have any Clue ?

I believe you need to maintain some value in the 'Own data' to get the attachment downloaded. Though I'm not sure, its better if you can consult your Basis team.

Hello Nitin,

You mean in SU3 ?

Cause GOS don't appear on WebGUI, and that is the problem.

Is there a workaround to Upload/Download files from ITS Tcode QM0* ?
