Hi Team,
We are implementing Problem management in zmpr transaction type.Our statuses are as follows:-
Draft, Under Investigation, Known Error - In Progress, Known Error - Workaround , Resolved, Closed
And Cancelled.
The fields Root Cause, Sub cause and prevention should be mandatory on status "RESOLVED”.But it is not coming.
In spro, we made necessary configuration settings as below
We activated BADI ALSO i.E., BAdI AI_CRM_IM_STATUS_BADI also.
But still the categories fields are not checked as mandatory .
Please help me in this issue as it is on priority.

you need to activate the badi for this control, may i ask have you done before setting in tables.

Please let me know the procedure of setting in tables.
As per our understanding from note, we had done the below two steps
Firstly we executed "specify satus dependent required fields in below screen"
Then In next screen,in our ZMPR transaction type,our resolved status "E0005" is checked with categories as shown below
Secondly we activated BAdI AI_CRM_IM_STATUS_BADI .
Then also category fields are not as checked as mandatory fields.
Please help me in this issue as it is on priority.
