1. How to fix the AMC (annaul Maintenance charge) in the sales order ? or where we have to fix this?

2.what is the out put modems of sap?

3. what is the standard group condition routine in condition type, what is its

importance?

4. what are RICEF elements in SAP?

5. a bunch of data need to be imported. A huge no.of creations are required, how

it is possible in SAP

Answers to sme of your questions:

1. AMC: WHat do you mean by fixing, u can map this using a Contract in SD

3. Group Condition Routine:

Routine is a subroutine prm written to meet sme requirement and Group Condition Routineit is nothing different frm any of the other routine prgms written.

About Group Condition:

You want some conditions to be used as the basis for determining scale values from several items.

You have assigned materials to a material pricing group. You want a quantity-based discount to be assigned to these materials. You want the quantity scale to be read cumulatively with the cumulated quantity of all materials in the sales order that are assigned to this material pricing group:

Condition record with reference to a material pricing group:

From 1 KG - 2,-USD / KG

From 100 KG - 4,-USD / KG

From 500 KG - 6,-USD / KG

Pricing in the order for two materials from the material pricing group:

Item 10 Material 1 60 KG -20,- USD discount

Item 20 Material 2 70 KG -20,- USD discount
