Check which is the Central system and see whether your id exists on the same along with required authorization.
you'll encounter this error when your id is not created/existing in central system.

Hello Manoj,
Try to login with user SAP* and verify the mentioned user by you has sufficient roles.
After that you can check Back RFC.
Check user ID you are using in the SM_<SID>CLNT<CLIENT>_BACK has proper authorization.
This is required if you have CUA and system is not synchronized correctly.

i gave full s_rfc to that user now its working properly.

why did you need to grant full S_RFC? Please search on this object to see that what's you've done is almost up there with granting full S_TCODE
that error message meant the user has a SU01 record in the CUA system but does not have the CUA system assigned on the SU01 System tab.
