down payment condition

In sales order, have 2 line items then the client is asking about "how to incorporate the down payment condition only on
one line item in SD module".

How to advise them regarding this

Hi,

Though there are two items, it is the item category that determines the kind of billing the item falls under. For one item category, you can enable a Milestone billing (with downpayments and final invoice) and the second line item, the item category can be enabled just with Order related or Delivery related billing.
