Confirmation pop up box on standard FPM application

I am trying to find a way to create a pop up confirmation box when the user click on SEND button on this application:

HRESS_A_W2_REPRINT

I would like to know if this can be achieved by enhancement.I am very new to WDA and need some ideas on how to start realizing this requirement.
