Second IDOC not getting created for WS72100012

Hi

For Cost Center/Profit Center hierarchy as per SAP pre-requsites I already assigned workflow template WS72100012 to change request type CCGHP1/PCGHP1. It is creating one idoc for maintenenace of hierarchy in this case but second idoc which is for object change is not getting triggered due to which can it seems differnt values for hierarchy area in KE53 from KCH3. Any reason why second idoc is not triggered in this case?

Do you mean outbound parameter SEND_DELTA_INFO=Y for outbound implementation 1132?

I tried by both the ways means adding parameter as well as by removing parameter but IDOC getting created only for message type COGRP6 and not for message type PRCMAS.Any reason for this?

As per SAP documentation it is mentioned as per below

If a cost center hierarchy or profit center hierarchy has been changed, the system creates MDG change pointers for the affected cost centers or profit centers. After activation, the system triggers the distribution based upon the previously created MDG change pointers.

So is anything releated to MDG Change pointers here?

Yes by adding the delta change option it should work. Whether you have added both message types in business systems? Check the config once. It should work properly if the config is in place.

Both message type as well as delta change option is already asssigned to outbound implementation
