Error during the SAP Audit - System Measurement (USMM)

Hello,

I need to perform the users audit in our SAP systems... but I´m facing problem.

In tcode USMM, when I press in "System measurement" button the jobs that which is assigned to this action, it stops with an error... the following two jobs: RSUVM008 and RSUVM047

Can you help me please in way to understand how to solve this problem and... for I can run the system measurement (USMM)?!

Hi Joao.

Try to implement this SAP Note: 1949391 - USMM: No system data in LAW file; "Background User Measurement" terminates with DB error

In my case this note solve this issue.

Hi Joao,

Don't know if it is the same issue but we also used to get same type of errors but i left the background job to run for a long time like 30 minutes, then the results were visible.

Have a look with SAP Note   1770377 - Update RSLAW_PLUGIN with enhancements

&   1723097 - System measurement: Background job terminates (RSUVM0xx)

Hello Joao,

There is nothing wrong with your system.

Once you run System measurement. Leave(do not come out of) the screen for sometime.

Do not immediately check logs.

After sometime you can verify system measurement report will be ready. The job consists of multiple queries which runs and fetches information.

If this wont work. you always have option for SAP notes.
