SAP GUI 7.4 - NoEditFunctionality

Hi,


I have installed SAP GUI 7.4. I want to make the Logon Pad none modifiable.


In SAP GUI 7.2, I could open the ini file and insert the parameter, NoEditFunctionality=1 to make the logon pad (7.2) not modifiable. How do I do this in 7.40?

Would anyone be able to give me some ideas. I tried to add the parameter, NoEditFunctionality=1 , in to the xml file but it doe snot seem to work.

Hi,

Are you using "SAP Logon" or "SAP Logon Pad" ?
In SAP Logon Pad, no configuration is possible and, therefore, no configuration files will/should be modified in this path.

However, I have the impression that you are using SAP Logon and you want it to function like SAP Logon Pad

Please refer to the "SAP_Front_End_Installation_Guide.pdf"
