Status not changed in RFC for Admin with testing

Hi Experts,

We are using one change request for both Normal Change and Admin with testing documents. Out of these, Normal change was approved but Admin change with testing status is still "To be approved" inspite of Business Owner "approved" it.

Could you please advise how to set the status of scope Admin change w/testing to "Approved"
