Hi Saravana,

I hope you have created a New Role 'HANAMobileAdmin' and assigned SCN UserID to it . Please have a look at document to follow the pre requisites before starting the document Deploy a Hybrid App on HANA Cloud Platform Mobile Services .

Also Please check for error logs in Logging section to analyse much about the error.

Hi Saravana,

When you are creating role make sure you are not providing trial along with the SCN user ID as given below (HCP>Subscriptions>hcpmsadmin>roles):

Please check if you have specified the Destinations as in the document

  • In order to allow communication between the Admin Cockpit and the mobile services core you need to setup two destinations manually.
    • Navigate back to the start screen by clicking on your account name in the upper left corner (the link is labeled S00XXXXXXtrial).
    • Select "Destinations" in the Content pane
    • Create the following two destinations
OptionDescription
NameHMAdminJaxrs
TypeHTTP
URLhttps://hcpms-<scn-user-name>trial.hanatrial.ondemand.com/Admin/
Proxy TypeInternet
Cloud Connector Version2
AuthenticationAppToAppSSO
OptionDescription
NameHMAdminHandlers
TypeHTTP
URLhttps://hcpms-<scn-user-name>trial.hanatrial.ondemand.com/Admin/AdminData
Proxy TypeInternet
Cloud Connector Version2
AuthenticationAppToAppSSO

Seems it looks good.

I hope you are able to access the Admin tiles (by overcoming the initial error while loading the HCPMS admin url ,as in the question)

Are n't you able to create a new application configuration by clicking on '+ button' ?

Also did you find any logs in the HCP as in my first screenshot (or) logs in HCPMS Admin page?

Hi Virinchy,

After initial error , i tried configuring the application. But on Save it shows Application creation failed error.

Logs are empty in HCPMS Admin page.

Does this mean  ,you are n't able to save the application configurations when creating a new one?

If so, can you try creating a new sample one ,with below configurations, and share your configurations screenshots?

I have seen this kind of unexpected behavior of HCPms many times. I would suggest you to try clearing browser caches & cookies, close it and then try.

I tried clearing browser cookies and caches , still the problem persists.

Hi Saravana ,

can you please share your Browser and OS details ? Also , if you have an access to different system , would you mind checking in it .

EDIT: I recently had the same issue and clearing the browser cache had actually worked.

Hi Saravana ,

Adding to Virinchy comments , could you also  try to switch on the browser debugger and then try to create an application .

Thanks,

Latha

Hi Saravana/Virinchy,

Even I faced the same error just now. I switched to Firefox and tried. It worked fine there. I even tried 'Empty cache and Hard Reload' in chrome but it did not work.

It should be notified to HCPms team.

Ekansh
