I take you installed 3.0 SP01, correct?

If that's the case, the first thing would be to check and ensure that the system is fully up-to-date, according to the master note for Personas 3.0 SP01.

Also, do you have at least kernel 7.42 patch 123 installed?

Hi Tamas,

I installted 3.0 SP01 correct. I have the athorisation /Personas/Admin and the Kernel is 7.42 101

I think the ITS Paramter is no low.

Hi Tom,

You can use SITSPMON to check whether the system has enough memory to hold ITS + Personas sessions.

SAP note 742048 is also a good reading. Even better: SAP note 1888428.

Hi Tom,

As Tamas Hozek pointed out, you need to be running Kernel 7.42 123, you state in your message that you're running 7.42 101 which is out of date.

Please can you update the patch level so we can rule out the installation as a cause and therefore hopefully narrow down the other possibilities.

Cheers,

Angus

Hi Tom,

Kernel 7.42 patch level 200 was released today.

You can use SAPEXE/SAPEXEDB packages to upgrade the entire kernel.

A new disp+work (pl 210) should be released within a week,

Cris

Personas 3.0 SP01 will not work with kernel patch 101, you must upgrade it.

Install the required PL200 stack kernel or if that's not an option for some reason then at least PL123 to get it running. As soon as possible, install 200 or higher.

Hi Tamas,

that was the problem. THX.

I changed the kernel and it works fine.

Thank you

Hi Tom,

Have you also made the basic setup of your Screen Personas 3.0 (authorizations, etc)?

I would go through the SAP Screen Personas manual available for download in SAP SMP.

Cris
