End Button functionality not working correctly.

Hi,

We have recently upgraded to EHP2 SP-Level 12 from SP-Level 2.

I am facing issue with END button functionality in CRM_IC.

Steps to replicate issue.

• Open any transaction from Inbox

• without ending go to partner identification

• identify some colleague and confirm

• press on create transaction

• previously displayed transaction appears

• press end

• identify some colleague and confirm

• create transaction still previously opened transaction appears

Is any one has faced similar issue?

Hi Vikash,

Are you using the DEFAULT Account Identification Profile.

If not then can you check if something is changed in the custom account identification profile.

Yes i amusing Default only. but it looks same in patched and unpatched system.
