If I Remove all single digit entries from Systemid entry of pahi table .
What will be the impact.
Hi Sanket,
This is a history table for DB,SAP and system parameters.
This table s used by many reports too.
For eg,
Report RSHOSTPH: Reads the operating system kernel parameters and stores this data in the PAHI table.
Report RSORAPAR: Reads the database parameters and stores them in the PAHI table. As of Release 6.10, this report has been renamed RSDB_PAR.
Report RSSTATPH: Reads the SAP profile parameters and stores this data in the PAHI table.
Report RSDB_PAR: Reads the database parameters and stores them in the PAHI table. This report replaces report RSORAPAR as of Release 6.10
Also, if you see any unwanted entry in PAHI, may be check below KBA.

The table contains history of system, DB and SAP parameters.
The question is why would you want to delete any entry unless we're talking of system refresh in which case it would be good to delete all entries from the table?
My guess is the single digit entry you are referring to is O; and these are entries containing history of parameters related to DB.
The impact obviously is you don't have the entries to refer to once they've been deleted.
