Trigger Custom Adobe Form from Standard Transaction

Hi All,

I have requirement to trigger a custom adobe form from standard PO transaction. I understand that we can do the configuration in the NACE transaction but in order to pass the required data to the interface, do i need to write any specific enhancement or how do we handle the trigger from standard program.

Any pointers will be helpful.

Hello

Are you using a COPY of MEDRUCK_PO adobe print form. This is SAP standard form.

In NACE, you will have to define Program SAPFM06P with entry ADOBE_ENTRY_NEU. The interface of SAP standard form MEDRUCK_PO  and custom form ZMEDRUCK_PO must be same.

No I am not using MEDRUCK_PO, can I use my custom form with custom Interface?

Hello

It`s possible to use custom form and custom interface. You need to import PO number when trigger from PO standard transaction and call the form you have created.
