Multi level delegation

Hi All

Delegation:

At manager stage level, In actual User A should approve. User A delegated user B as on approver on his behalf of.

Scenario:

User B is delegate for User A

User C is delegate for User B

User D is delegate for User C

When access request reaches to Manager stage approvals. User C and D did not receive the request in workbox nor did not received the e-mail notification.

Is multi level delegation will not work?

GRC 10.1 and NW 7.4

Please advise.

I cannot answer the question... also I do not have the time to test at the moment.. sorry for that.

Can you please check note 2116105 which is regarding the override badi for MSMP notifications. Maybe you can easily achieve what you want with this badi.

Dear Venu,

I came accross this issue and tried several things and also checked SAP notes. So far it is not forseen that multi level delegation is possible. Therefore I suggest that you open an incident with SAP and ask for a development.
