Standalone gateway with optimizer on AIX 7.1

Hi, all!

We have SAP EHP3 SCM 7.0 on Windows Server 2012 and want to run SAP Optimizer 10 on AIX 7.1.

We installed SAP Netweaver Gateway 2.0 on AIX and now i'm trying to create RFC connection from APO to Optimizer.

I'm testing connection on program csopsvr, that located in /scmopt folder.

and when i'm testing connection, i got next error message:

Have anybody faced with this problem allready and knows solution?

Please refer below guide attached for AIX in 1778109 - Implementation of SCM optimizer version 10.0

There is a section for 5.2 for RFC, 5.3 and 5.4 setup and make sure gateway services are up, running and reachable.

Also, increase the time out value and refer 1501503 - RFC destinations of type 'T' do not work

944792 - Runtime analysis when you start external RFC servers - see if that helps.

Big thanks.

I've enlarged time out values on gateway on aix and almost after 70 seconds response was received.

Its very strange why all programms on AIX starts so slow.
