Hi Yuan,
Check your PDS if there is a production activity. Also check SAP note 1467905 and 1418060.
1467905 - PDS-EXP: /SAPAPO/OM011 if no production activity exists
1418060 - PDS-EXP: Invalid time interval when component is replaced
If above is not valid for your system then check below note though for planned order though reason could be same.
2073127 - CIF error Invalid time interval during planned order integration

The tips by Rahul and R.Brahmankar are valid.
Aside from that, do you also get this error when trying to manually create a planned order at the Product View for the affected Location-Product? If yes, I'd advise you to check whether the PDS in APO is correct, as this issue can be caused by unhandled errors during PDS explosion.

OPU5, for your plant and order type check the Scheduling setting.
