Hi expert ,

In SAP Business One there is multi level approval is possible .please let me know .

(Ex- when i raised sales order then it will go to stock for approval when it approved then it will go to finance department after approved then it will

to manager ) .these think is possible in Sap b1 9.1 please tell me how .

Hi,

Yes, you can deploy it in SAP B1.

- Define 3 approval stages: Stock, Finance, Manager

- Then create approval template for sales order in which you input all 3 stages above into Stages tab. Remember that "the sequence that the stages are listed in the template becomes the order for a multi level approval process. You can rearrange the sequence using the up and down arrows"

but there is one condition if total amount is more than  Rs 200000  than it will go directly to manager  it is possible if yes how ?

Hi,

You can create 2 user queries for document total. Then create 2 SO approval templates.

1. Apply query for document total less than 200000 in Terms Tab to approval template which has 3 stages
2. Apply query for document total more than 200000 to approval template which has 1 stage only
