Hi,

The number of connections/conversations can be increased using visual admin.

In visual admin,go to particaular service related to this connection and increase the number of connections.

In configtool property file also, number of connections can be increased.

restart the engine after this changes.

Hi Sailesh

Increase the gateway profile parameter for the maximum open connec=

Let me know if it solves ur problem.IF not there is another solution.

Hi Sailesh,

Check the OSS note 316877 for this. Even though this note it is for ITS based systems it should work in your case also.

Please note the values of profile parameters given in this note.

Additionally CPIC_MAX_CONV is not a profile parameter but is an environment variable.

Please award points accordingly.

Hi Ruchit,

The os is HP-UX.

Can you help me in setting up the environment variable, as i have not worked in unix environment before.

Hello Sailesh,

You can use this command:

setenv CPIC_MAX_CONV 5000.

Login as the root user.

Better still take help of some one who know HP UX pretty well.

Regards.

Ruchit.

Hi,

I am not sure if the JDK for Tru64 supports -XX:+PrintGCTimeStamps. Please check it and if it not recognized by the JVM remove the option using the config tool.
