Hello,

Can we concat a value for an attribute in XML target element

eg; <effectiveTime xsi:type="TS" value="20131108">.

I Do not want to use XSLT or Java module to do this is there any simple way?

Check the possibilities you have in the mapping editor. If there is no function available then your only choice is XSLT or Java.
