Confirmed Yield 0, Operation Status CNF etc. - Abnormal Production order status after confirmation

Hi All.

We are facing a peculiar error for some of the production orders created for a new plant.

After Production Order milestone confirmation, each operation shows Confirmed Yield as 0, Operation Status as CNF and Inspection call not getting triggered. There is no error message while confirmation.

Then we use the report given by SAP (Note 773606) to correct it.

After rectifying, confirmation gets carried out correctly without any issues.

What might be the problem for such abnormal behaviour?

As per given SAP Note whether any operations has been partially confirmed and reversed before final confirmation?

Kiran Kumar,

     Neither Partial confirmation nor Reversal took place.

     The error occurs on the first instance of confirming milestone operation.

     After correction via SAP Note's program, it functions smoothly.

     This issue happens only with certain orders but it's happening only for orders created for a new plant.

This seems to be strange issue you can raise it to SAP.
