ags_work_appln.sap in SolMan work center

Hi All,

In Solution manager, we are using the test workbench in the SolMan work center. Whenever we try to open any link that will lead to SAP GUI ?

The pop up is appearing with: Do you want to open or save ags_work_appln.sap from  <SAP SolMan Server>?

Hi,

Can you check the following.

1. Browser security settings.

2. Go to (Personalize web link on main screen in workcenter

In web mode you should choose "Launch Web application" radio button in Message processing settings. (It is a settings personalize for the current user)

Hi Rishav,

I am not able to find the checkbox Launch web application in the personalize setting.

Could you please help.

The pop up appears always whenever the SAP GUI is called ( Ex- create test plan etc.)

Please can you check this in sm_workcenter-> incident management

Also please confirm if the parameter AGS_WORK_GUI_DEFAULT_SET is set to webdynpro.

Also browser security settings.

Hi Anand,

I checked both the notes.

For Security setting - The setting is disabled on my users, and I cannot change it.

For Browser setting - I have asked local IT to add the URL in trusted sites.

Hopefully, it will help.
