RHEL6 NW7.4 install error instance reached state unknown after having state STARTING

I am installing NW 7.4 with oracle 11.2 on RHEL6.

At the "Start Instance" phase 28, I get error "Instance reached state UNKNOWN after having state STARTING.. giving up..

The database is on and reachable...

In the sapinst_dev.log, i see id=nw.progress.startupFailed errno=CJS-30105.. any idea?

I manually tried "startup" with sidadm, and tried again but to no avail.

Please share logs once ?

Also make sure all file systems are mounted.

Use sapcontrol -nr <Instance number> -function <required>

sapcontrol -nr .... was fine by sidadm, though it still didnt let me continue always got stuck.

I changed the /etc/hosts and removed the server name from static IP also from 127.0.0.1 line. but didnt restart the network service. somehow that worked.. I dont know why...

i'll probe further, but my big obstacle got solved. thanks for the suggestion anyways.
