Summurized results recording QM

Hello ,

While searching for summarized results recording I found that summarized result recording is you need to sum the multiple values and the one sum value has to enter in the results recording.

Does it mean that we have to enter the sum value of one characteristic for example :

Test of height :  

1m

1.5m

1.2m

1.4m

1m

In this case we should enter (1+1.5+1.2+1.4+1)/5=1.22

Can you clarify if I'm wrong

Your understanding is correct! I agree to it. When you opt for summarised  result recording you need enter only 1 reading and system assumes that you have inspected those many samples. (In your case it is 5) Whereas in single result recording you had to enter these 5 individual readings.

Hi,

If you activated summarized results in MIC (control indicator) based on that you can enter only one result in RR screen.with respect to Sample size.

Note : If you want individual results change the control indicator settings (Result confirmation) refer screenshot

Hi,

If you set this indicator, only summarized values are confirmed for the inspection results of the characteristic after an inspection.
