I configue alerting through tcode: alrtcatdef and scot, and we can send external mail successfully. but the send user is incorrect. how to change that?
Moreover,is the sapconnect job(RSCONN01) necessary for alerting?
I go through the links, but couldn't get the answer. now the sender address appears as "abc@company.com". I can change the "company.com" through tcode scot->settings->default domain. But i don't know how to change the user id "abc".
