Issue while doing PGI

Hello Experts, I have an issue while doing PGI. Getting the error message 3. Pick qty is greater than the deliver Qty. The issue is that in delivery document along with the batch item user by mistake entered the pick qty  against main item also. Shipment was scheduled and shipment cost also done. Proforma invoice also  created. Business do not want to cancel the documents. How do I change the status of the transportation planning in delivery or changing  the pick status of main item. Any suggestions? Urgent.. Attached the screen shot for better understanding. Regards, SK

If PGI is not done, then the pick quantity would be in editable mode, if Warehouse Management is not activated.  How about in your case ?

Hi Lakshmipathi, You are correct PGI is not done but shipment already settled. Pick Qty not in editable mode. Any suggestions? Regards, SK

Without cancelling the shipment, it is not possible to overcome from this issue.  Also, this being an one time exercise, you can try to correct the pick quantity in debug mode with the help of technical team.

Hi,

If you are able to delete it manually, then you can do that in change mode. Otherwise it is always suggested to reverse the transactions by cancelling them.

Thanks Naveen. But business doesn't want to cancel those documents because documents posted in different posting periods. Any other suggestions? Regards, SK
