Job SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001 run with Error

Hi Gurus,

In my SOlution Manager i have the problem that the mention Job runs with error.

JobLog:

Job started

Step 001 started (program AI_LMDB_R_SYNC_RUNNER, variant LDB_0000000001, user ID SOLMAN_BTC)

Starting synchronization for target namespace active

Starting synchronization from destination: LMDB_SyncDest1 (LMDB_SLD)

Response from SLD: HTTP status: 406  Not Acceptable

Hi Dino

Please run Tcode- LMDB_ADM. Check for status with dates. You will also find one note 1670464 there which give general errors you will find in this screen.

All check AI_LMDB object log in SLG1. Paste the logs here if possible.

I would say delete and create the LMDB-RFC setup again including deleting RFC, if required.

Now i deleted everything, but during the new installation i am blocked because the following error:

Error when sending data.

Setup is blocked now.

Hello Dino,

Are you at SOLMAN_SETUP ,where diagnostics agents are configured for solution manager and you are not able to connect to SLD server.

is this correct.?

Yes i am in SOLMAN_SETUP and the diagnostic agents are configured for SolMan, yes i am not able to connect to SLD Server.

Did you try to reach SLD from solman ?

Can you do a technical ping and telnet ?

To me this seems a connectivity issue between LMDB and SLD.

Else we might have to involve SAP.

Hi,

It is a connection Issue between LMDB and SLD, because now in the System Preparation under 6.6 Diagnostic Agents i am not even able to get the Agents anymore, i am getting following error:

SLD server could not be reached : HTTP status: 406 Not Acceptable

All those steps i checked and they are all ok. just for your information the Job was running the last 5 month, since the 25.06.2015 the Job runs with error.

Hello Dino,

Please check SOLMAN_BTC user roles in SOLMAN_SETUP---->system preparation,

Check any user related with SLD and LMDB sync has been marked for Authorization updation.

Please confirm any of the the landscape systems got upgraded recently. If yes...you might have to check supported CIM content.

in RFC  destination LMDB_SyncDest1...change user name and password and try again.

SOLMAN_BTC has assigned following roles:

• SAP_J2EE_ADMIN
• SAP_BI_E2E
• SAP_SM_BATCH

CIM Content i updated to the following version 3.1.61, CIMOM servlet 3.5.5

RFC Connection is working without error.

Hi Dino,

Quick checks..

Is your SLD running ?

Have you checked the RFC LMDB_SyncDest1 ? Is it working ?

If not, the was the password for the user changed ?

On the tab "Special Options" the "Compressed Response" must be set to "No".

Also, refer -

2002652 - The SAP_LMDB_LDB_<Instance number> job is cancelled or hanging

Else deactivate the SLD in solman setup and attach again with full sync..

Try this, if it fails then we will see this further.
