Invoice Issue

Hi,

My client has Scale Based Pricing for PR00 for some materials.

The scale is correctly applied on the sales Order.

But when we do partial delivery, and invoice for that partial delivery,
the scale price is changing based on that partial qtys.

I don't want to change the scale price based on partial delivery qty, I want it to stay as per the Sales Order.

Also our Invoice is based on Delivery Doc.

Hello Raj,

Did you check Copy control for billing document.?

Pricing type in copy control will define the price for invoice.

If you choose C instead of G or D. Then system will copy the price from PR00. IF D, G are used then system will copy the price from sales order.

Thanks for response. Yeah noticed that its C

So will there be any cons if I change it to G from C.

Since not all the conditions records in PR00 are not having Scale QTy Based pricing, will it have any impact to others?

Hello Ravi,

Price Type C will re trigger the price value at invoice level. In other words if condition record is valid system will give priority to valid condition record over condition record in sales document.

If condition record is expired then only system will pull the price from sales document. The copy control function are maintain at delivery item level (category)  per delivery type.

Price type D or G will only consider Sales document condition record.

If you change price type it will effect all the document that use the changed  delivery item category.
