First 3 condition types should be there. Check T685 table. For last three condition type, please check this document

Then I assume these condition types are deleted from your system as because it was delivered by SAP.

Check the changes log from transaction AUT10 for table T685A.

You have two options now.

1) Find out the Transport request  / User who has deleted the said condition types. If the conditions were deleted by any chance you have to check with the user who has deleted them.

You can use SE03 transaction code and choose "Search for Objects in Requests / Task" and input the IMG activity SIMG_CFMENUOLMEOMER2 and check the box (Also Search for Subobjects, not for generic entry) and input the date / user / type of transport request in the selection screen and execute the transaction. This will list out the transport request where ever the Condition type table involved.

Alternately, you can check the table Log in AUT10 transaction. Please note that "Log Data Changes" must be activated for the required table. The same can be checked in SE11 and by inputting the required table and by clicking on technical settings push button.

2) Create the missing condition type again.
