TAXINJ to TAXINN Migration for GST

Hi Experts,

We are in transition from TAXINJ to TAXINN

We are analyzing SAP Note 2014164

Now we stuck at point no.6, 7.

As T code mentioned-J1IMGPO, J1IMGCN are not available.

Please let us know if any configured required for the same

Hi,

Its better to go for re-implementation of tax procedure with GST by knowing all GST's(CGST/ SGST/ IGST) and nature of offsetting in each case of GST. Mostly in redesigning tax procedure,redesigning tax condition types and reassigning G/L account in OB40.

Hi Biju,

Re-Implementation will not suffices the requirement of migration from TAXINJ to TAXINN.

Clients who are using TAXINJ, has to go with migration activity.

As we need to keep in mind below things:

1. Open Purchase orders,

2. Open Contracts

3. Pending Invoice

4. Incoming excise & Challan postings

5. Open Sales order

6. Billing document that are not released to accounts.

7. Cancellation of billing documents

Why J1IMGPO and J1IMGCN, the two new transaction codes are missing in my system but are available in the migration solution?

Ans. Read SAP 2153807 and perform the manual steps in the Manual_steps_for_Tcode_creation.docx attachment.
