Link Service MarketPlace ID with SCN ID?

Is there a way to link Service Market Place ID (S-User ID), with my SCN ID?

I currently have 2 S-User IDs, one from my organization and other from my client. I have had different S-User IDs from my previous clients. But, throughout my life, I have only one SCN ID.

S-User ID allows me to login to the websites, using certificates. When I come to SCN website, a popup comes up everytime to propose to use either of the 2 certificates on my machine. And, all the time, I have to cancel the popup and type in my SCN ID and password manually.

So, is there a way to link one of the certificates/ S-User Ids to my SCN ID, so that when I get the popup to choose the certificate, I can choose one of those OR is there a way to generate a certificate for my SCN ID, so that I can use that to logon to SCN?
