hi am not getting user list in eam logon can anyone help me to fix it?

i have done all the steps but still i cannot fix it, and i have created one custom firefighter role and i tried to set that role in parameter but its not allowing me to search for that role and its displaying there is no roles, i did synch then also its not displaying.

Manoj,

as far as I know there are no proposed values and no search available for the parameter. Hence just give the role name and save it.

Hello Manoj,

Did you check the following:

• Whether you have integrated the scenarios properly?
• Whether the role is maintained in the parameter 4010?
• Synch. Jobs are Successful or not?
• If the role in the parameter 4010 is assigned to the FF ID?

Hi Ravi,

to find a role in NWBC, you also need to do Role import.

yes i did but its not showing in the su01->roles but its displaying in pfcg.
