PART_OF: parent 00000001 (?), for item , obj. while processing Idoc

Dear All,

We are getting the below issue while processing IDoc (inbound sales order- ORDERS05 - KMAT Material-Variant Configuration) in WE19.

000001 799 Caution: the following external input could not be processed:

000002 799 PART_OF: parent 00000001 (?) , for item , obj.

Note: In our scenario we are not having sales BOM at sales order level.

System is trying for get the information from E1CUPRT segment but we didn't maintained any values here as we are not having sales BOM.

If I remove the E1CUPRT segment its working fine.  Deleting the segment E1CUPRT is the solution?

How to proceed further? Please share your valuable suggestions.

Do you want to say you have KMAT without a BOM?

Or you dont have sales BOM but have production BOM with usage 3?

It will be helpful to reply , if you can add whats your KMAT structure , how many classes, characteristics, dependencies, profiles, and what you expecting with IDOC processing.

Dear Ritesh,

We don't have sales BOM but have production BOM(non stock able items) with usage 3.

We have multiple classes, characteristics, profiles and no dependencies(except for pricing).

How to process the IDoc without error.

Need your valuable suggestions.
