Listing of XML errors from details from SXMB_MONI

We are passing XML message via PI, from ECC to SNC.   Some records are failing (some with data errors) and we can see the failed message in SXMB_MONI.   But have to drill in one message at time in via the Error Information button on the menu to see the detail error messages.

Is there a report where we can get a listing of all the details errors for the line items of each message (for example each PO line item) so that a user can see and work the errors.   It doesn't have to be "pretty" we are doing our first load with the project team.   But we need more than drilling in on each line of a few thousand failed messages.

Unfortunatilly SNC dont have standard report take a detailed dump of all the failed XML messages.

As said by Selim you can go with the alerts but you will not be having the report in hand.

We are supporting more than 800 suppliers with all the major SNC scenrios, monotoring and reporting in very hectic job. Hence we have developed our own custom report to take dump of all the failed XML's in the XL sheet. You can also go for the custom development.

There are 2 options in this subject:

1- You can set standard alerts to generate notifications. You can see the reference help link:

2- Second option can be found by creating a custom report. You can copy the standard sxmb_moni transaction add custom fields in the ALV. This will help the user to monitor the interface much more easy.
