Good afternoon,
I have a problem with the background job that runs the program GRAC_PFCG_AUTHORIZATION_SYNC. all server resources consumed and becomes impossible to work in Dialogue.
The server currently has four core processors, but in the task manager, the monitor displays the processor 100%
Thanks for your help.

Hi
Please set the parameter value 1124 Batch size for Authorization Synchronization value as 100 in SPRO--> Governance, Risk and compliance--> access control--> maintain configuration settings

Hi Jonathan, could you check if the job is incremental(needs to be), if it is daily. Incremental job can be Connector specific, to avoid run-time or memory issues Schedule Full Sync to weekly/fortnightly. Regards Plaban

Dear Jonathan,
whats your current SP? SAP has released some performance notes for the auth sync job which might help to fix the issue. Can you check them:

Beside the improvements of the program, how do you run the job? Do you run it for more than one connector? Instead of having one job running with a variant for several connectors, try to split the jobs so that only one connector gets synced at once. To achieve that you can define several steps in a job so that these are run in sequence.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Alessandro
