report 2008 with Hansen 8 - trouble rendering graphic location formula path

I'm using Crystal report 2008 with Hansen 8 (Infor Public Sector) and have a graphic in my header that pulls a jpg form a file.  It works great when I run it in Crystal.  It worked great when I ran it in Hansen 7.  I will not render in Hansen 8 no matter what I try.  Infor's tech support can't help me so I was looking for some help here.  Thanks in advance:-)

Hi Kathy

You will have to contact "Infor Public Sector". Only they know how CR is implemented in their solution. If they can not figure out why the issue, it is up to them to contact us for support.
