SOD detour path not considered on risks from existing roles

Dear Experts,

We have a problem where Business Role request do not have any risk violations but has violations from existing roles is not routing to SOD detour path.  The same request with technical role is routing to SOD detour path.

GRC 10 SP9

Parameter ID’s:

1071 is set to “YES”

1072 is set to “YES”

1073 is set to “NO”

When I set 1073 to “Yes” the business role request which has violations from the existing roles is routing to SOD detour path.

Is this the normal behavior for business role vs technical role.

1939412 - Detour considered for old risk with parameter 1073 as NO

I have already gone through this note.

The problem in our system is that business role request is not considered SOD detour path where as technical role request is considered for old risk as well as new risk with parameter 1073 as NO.
