ERROR: JPR could not process the message

Hello All,

We have a scenario (in PI 7.3 dual stack) that is setup between SAP ECC and JMS that uses an XSLT with Value mapping Replication. There seem to be a problem with the value map lookup and the relevant error messages can be seen in the screens enclosed below:

JPR could not process the message. Reason: Error while proecessing request .

I did try searching on SCN for this error but most of them seem to apply for PI 7.0/7.1. I am hence posting this thread to try & find if anyone else had faced this error before and managed to resolve?

The values for which lookup is required are maintained in lookup table ( a webdynpro application)

But if we check the value in Value mapping table in RWB- cache monitoring, the value is not found.

Could someone please suggest how to update/maintain value in cache monitoring in RWB ?
