Fiori "Cannot save attachment" in Report Quality Issue

Report Quality Issue is not able to save an attachment. This has never worked for us yet. We're getting the following error message:

I have made the configurations according to this document:

In your screenshots I see that in QM Attachment Configuration you defined a Logical file named "ZFIORIQUALITYNOTI" whereas in the transaction FILE you defined a Logical path named "ZFIORIQUALITYNOTI".

What kind of logical file name definition did you configure in same FILE transaction?

Were you able to solve it? We have exactly the same problem.

We're on:

- NW 7.40 SP10

- ERP 6.0 EHP7 SP08 (EA-APPL 617 SP08)

- UIEAAP01 1.0 SP06

- SAP_UI 7.40 SP12

- UI Library is on 1.28.9

We followed this app implementation guide:

And also followed / verified settings against the same RDS document you mention in your post.
